One desk. On purpose.

Send your deal through the form below, or open a case in the portal — either way it lands on one desk, the founder's, not in a queue handled by whoever's free. No public inbox means no spam-filter roulette and no sales calls: you hear back from one person, about your own deal.

01 Start here

No payment now. I review your deal first and reply personally — within one business day. If it's a fit, you receive a secure Stripe payment link; the tier clock starts once your payment is confirmed and the evidence base is locked — you get an email marking the exact start. Your details are processed only to handle this enquiry, through the providers named in the Privacy Policy.

02 What happens next

Three steps, no call required.

1

I reply personally

Within one working day, after checking your deal is a fit for what a desk screen can actually do.

2

Payment link, only then

If it's a fit, you get a Stripe link — and an evidence-base confirmation listing exactly what you've supplied. That list is what gets analysed: documents sent later join an upgrade order (your fee credited), never the running one.

3

Your memo, on the clock

24h / 48h / 3–5 days depending on tier — see Pricing → for exact timelines.

03 Professional profile

Who's on the other end of this form

Every memo is personally reviewed and signed by the founder — not an anonymous team. Twenty years of named companies and roles, verifiable in one click.

04 Straight answers
Is this legal or tax advice?

No. It's an independent commercial diligence opinion — think of it as a pre-purchase investigation that tells you what to verify and what could kill the deal. It doesn't replace a licensed lawyer, tax adviser or gestor, and you still run the on-site checks. It's the cheap filter before you spend on those.

How fast is it?

A two-page Decision Memo within 48 hours of the clock start — the clock starts once payment is confirmed and the evidence base (your listing plus the documents you supplied) is locked by email.

What if you don't find anything?

Then the memo says "no public-record blocker found" — which is not the same as "safe": it still names exactly what to verify on-site and where the blind spots are. The money-back guarantee covers completeness — the four named elements every memo must contain — not whether you like the verdict.

Who is this for — and not for?

For foreign, remote buyers of small physical businesses — cafés, bars, shops, guesthouses — in Spain or Portugal, before you sign or wire a deposit. Not for large companies, or online-only businesses.

Why is there no email address — only a form?

To keep the fee at €550 and every memo personally the founder's, new deals come only through the form. You'll hear back directly.
