What it is for
A listing leads with the price and the photos. The rent, the lease, the papers behind the revenue and who is selling decide whether those figures hold, and the listing may leave them out. The extension lists what is missing before you spend an evening on calls, a trip to see the business, or a deposit — and keeps the listings you are weighing, from different sites, in one list.
When the extension spots a business for sale, a small box appears in the corner of the page. It tells you how many of the 12 things the listing answers — “The rest is what you ask the seller.” One button: “Download PDF”. The box opens in your browser’s language when the extension has it, and in English when it does not. Close it with ×, and it stays closed on that listing. No box? Press the extension icon, and the extension reads the page.
A PDF you keep, print or forward. At the top: the listing’s name, a link back to it and the date. Then twelve lines:
Each line shows what the listing says, with amounts in the listing’s own currency. The extension does not guess: when the page is not clear, the line says “not stated”.
Then the lines the page does not say, as one list: what to ask the seller about. The report says plainly that it reads only the listing page and no official records, so every figure in it comes from the listing page. The last line shows what our €550 check would look up, with a link to order it. The file is named after the site and the date, so your reports sort themselves.
Press the round logo button on the listing, or the extension icon, and a panel opens at the side of the page. It shows the listing’s name and price when it has them, and gives you two buttons: a save button (“Save to my list” once your account is linked) and the link to our €550 check, with the listing already filled in. When the site’s page says a listing has been taken down, the panel tells you so before you call. Not read as a listing? You can save the page anyway: its link and title go on your list.
Every listing you are weighing, in one place. Found one business on one site and another on a second? Save each with one press on your computer, and they sit side by side in one account. Sign in to it on your phone, and the same list is there. No open tabs to keep track of, no bookmarks scattered across sites.
A check of what a saved listing says and leaves out, part of the free extension. When you save a listing the extension has read, its 12 points are saved with it. Its row in My list then carries a “Report (PDF)” button: the same report, built in the browser you are using, whenever you need it. On your phone too: sign in, and the extension is not needed. No button on the row of a listing on sale? Open the listing, and the box on the page gives you the report.
Saved listings. Each saved listing shows what the extension read on the page: the price, the city, the type of business and the site, with the day it recorded the listing. A page the extension did not read as a listing shows its title. From a site where My list keeps only the link, it shows the link. Each saved listing on sale also opens our €550 check with the listing filled in. Remove any of them with one press.
Sites where My list keeps the link only. A few sites do not allow us to keep copies of their pages. For those, My list keeps the link only, and the box on the page gives you the report as usual.
Other computers and your checks. On another computer, add the extension and sign in: the same list is there. The checks you order with the same email sit in the same account, under My requests, with where each one stands.
The extension and its PDF report on a business-for-sale listing you open are free. Saving a listing takes a My list account. In it, the listings you save from different sites sit in one place. And when one is worth a deposit, our €550 check is one click away from the report, the panel or My list, with the listing already filled in.

Press “Download PDF” in the box on the page. No box? Press the extension icon, and the extension reads the page.
To keep a listing, press the round logo button or the extension icon. The first time, the panel asks you to link your My list account: your browser asks for access to our address, and a tab opens where you sign in or sign up and confirm the link. After that, press “Save to my list”. The report needs no account.
The report is built in your browser: nothing from the page is sent to make it.
On other sites, the extension looks at the title, web address and text of the page you open, on your computer, to spot a business for sale. That look sends nothing and saves nothing.
Until you link My list, the extension keeps no saved listings and cannot reach our server.
After you link it, we see the listings you save, with what the page said on them. What else the extension sends us, and when, is in the privacy policy.
Whether or not you link it, we see a listing when you press the link to order a check on it. We never see the pages you merely open.
Remove the extension any time, and what it kept in your browser goes with it. Removing the extension does not delete your account: what we hold there stays until you delete the account. Removing a listing takes it off your list; its link stays in your account until you delete the account.
From the public records: which debts can follow the business under the rules where it is, and what decides whether the permit and the lease pass to you. Report in 24 hours on working days. We do not contact the seller. You pay only if we take it on.
