A small-town street with shops on the ground floor

The list keeps watching.

Saved properties live in My list. Once a week it checks each one and shows you what changed when you come in.

The extension is the hands. The list is the memory.

You sign in with your email and a password. Signing up takes a minute: email, password and a confirmation email.

What the list checks once a week

Three questions about every property under watch.

Whether the property is still alive
The listing disappeared, so it was sold or withdrawn. You find that out instead of calling for nothing.
Whether the price moved
Up or down. A price that fell is a moment to talk.
Whether the listing was bumped
Bumped but the price untouched: the seller is pretending it is fresh. Which means it is not selling.

Watching is free.

What else it does

Nothing extra: a card, a day count, a link to the extension.

The property card
The listing link, the marketplace, the price and the town. One click reopens it — you never have to hunt for the listing again.
The day count under watch
Each property shows the date it went under watch and how many days have passed. The list remembers longer than you do.
The link to the extension
A code and an explicit confirmation — nothing happens on its own. One button unlinks every extension at once.
Erase everything, one button
Delete the account and the list, the observations and the links go with it. The observations themselves never live longer than a year.

Ordering a check

The order still goes through a separate door. We say so plainly.

  1. Ordering a check happens in the order desk, which a private link opens. You leave the details and the papers there, and you collect the report there.
  2. The list and the order are not connected yet. When you are ready to order, open the property card beside it and copy the link, the town and the price across by hand.
  3. There are no emails about changes. The list shows them when you come in. Your email address is needed only to sign in.

You sign in with your email and a password; the address is also used for the confirmation and password-reset emails. Uploaded papers are erased no later than 90 days after the report is delivered. You are told this before you upload, not in small print afterwards.
